Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Akash Kumar Bhattacharjee, we are committed to providing a fulfilling experience for all our students and clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a session or request a refund. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds Before Sessions Begin: Full refunds are available if the request is made prior to the start of the session or course [24 hours prior].
• No Refunds After Sessions Begin: Once a session or course has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or completion.

2. Changes or Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please inform us as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, rescheduling requests made less than [48 hours] before the session will not be possible.
