1. Delivery of Services

• All vocal sessions are conducted online via Skype.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with details on how to access your online session, including the meeting link and session time.
• Please ensure that your email address is correct during the booking process to avoid delays in receiving session details.

2. Session Access

• Session Links: You will receive the session link at least [24 hours] before the scheduled time of your session.
• No Physical Shipping: Since the services are conducted online, no physical products or materials will be shipped.

3. Session Timing

• Timezone Consideration: All session times will be provided in IST. Please adjust for your local timezone when booking.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to the session, it will still end at the scheduled time, and there will be no extension of the session duration.
• Missed Sessions: If you miss your session without prior notification, it will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Technical Requirements

• Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and the required software or app installed before the session begins.
• Any technical issues on the client’s side (such as internet failure) during the session will not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
